Arsenal Ladies

Leeds can't catch a break, and I'm fine with that. Arsenal Ladies beat Leeds Carnegie 6-1, but there was apparently drama on the pitch. Both Kelly Smith (Arsenal) and Alex Culvin (Leed) were shown red cards in the 22nd minute (Smith's two goals came in the second and fifth minutes). From Arsenal's match report:

Smith saw red along with Carnegie's Alex Culvin when the pair squared up to each other following Culvin's 22nd-minute challenge on the England striker.
The other goal scorers were Karen Carney (two goals, including a penalty), Gemma Davison, and Katie Chapman. Leeds' goal came in the seventh minute from Jade More.

The BBC has a round up of the rest of the weekend's action.
